How to differentiate between a self-created question or a Standard question?
If you look at the list of questions on the registration page, you can see that standard questions have the original question in brackets (). In the example below, the mobile phone number is a standard question and the question concerning lunch has been created by hand.
To add a standard question, click on Standard questions at the bottom of the page. Click here for more information about standard questions.
What is the difference between standard questions and self-created questions?
Standard questions contain ready-made, frequently used questions that you only need to click to add them to your registration page. Standard questions also have other important functions than just gathering participant information: The participation question determines participant status and the e-mail and mobile phone questions are the only questions that can be used to send messages to participants from Lyyti. This means that if you create your own e-mail question, you can use it to gather information but no e-mails can be sent to the address in that field. In addition, invoice address information is transferred to the participant's invoice, if invoicing is in use.
