Univid integration – create webinars with Lyyti and Univid

Univid is a webinar platform that can be activated as an integration to your Lyyti organisation. With the help of the integration it is much more easier to create online and hybrid events.

When the integration is activated on your Lyyti account you can start creating webinar events by choosing Univid as the online event location on the eventinformation page.

1. Create an event
2. Choose online or hybrid as the event type
3. Choose Univid as the online event location
4. Save

You can find the webinar admin link and webinar open link on the overview tab. The admin link takes you to the Univid dashboard where you can manage the the settings of the webinar.

You can share the online event link in two different ways: 

• you can share the open online link to the participants (copy the link from the overview page and paste it to your communication)
• or use the personal online event link in the confirmation or in other communication

The open webinar link is the link participants can use to join the webinar so you can share it openly anywhere you like. The personal online link can be added to the automatic confirmation message and to communication through personification links. That way the link is personal and is shared only to the registered participants.
