You can use a message that you've sent earlier and re-send it as a reminder for those who haven't responded to your invitation, or you can copy it to use it as a base for your next email sendout.
If you've imported participants to Lyyti from Excel and sent them a personal registration link, you can later on send a reminder to those participants who haven't yet reacted to your invitation.
Re-send a message without changing it / Forward message
When you want to re-send a message you've created earlier exactly as it is, open the Messaging section of Lyyti inside your event:
- Click the message subject or the cog wheel icon of the message you wish to resend, then click Forward.
If you've selected the message by clicking its subject, you can forward your message from the Overview page: - Select recipients by clicking the Message recipient(s)-field. If you want to send the message to only those who've not reacted, do the following:
- Select Quick Filter: Not reacted. This will create a filter on the left side of the page. On the right side you can see a list of those participants who match the filtration.
- In the lower righthand corner, click Add filtered recipients.
- In the Message recipient(s)-field you will see the filtration Participant: Status is Not reacted.
- Schedule message or Send message right away.

Re-send a message with changes / Copy message
When you wish to use a message you've sent earlier as a base for a new message, open the Messaging section of Lyyti inside your event:
- Click the message subject (A) or the cog wheel icon (B) of the message you wish to resend, then click Copy.
Click Edit to do adjustments in the messaging editor. Instructions on how to edit the message can be found here:

New messaging editor video (20min) - Select recipients by clicking the Message recipient(s)-field. If you want to send the message to only those who've not reacted, do the following:

- You can edit the subject of the email and the content of the email.
- If necessary, send a test message to yourself or a colleague (see instructions for test e-mails here).
- Schedule message or Send message right away.
