E-mails may contain information or they may be sent in a way that the receiving e-mail server mistakenly thinks the incoming e-mail is spam. We can try to dig into the issue, but to do that we would need to have more information about what the receiving server's actions. This information can be found in the headers of the e-mail marked as spam or the logs of the receiving server.
Outlook 2007 or 2013
- Open Outlook.
- Open the message in a new window.
- Select Options (2007) or Tags (2010/2013).
- At this point, open the window Properties, where you can find the section Internet headers.
- Copy and send the headers to our customer service at help(a)lyyti.com.
Gmail ja Google Apps
- Log into Gmail.
- Open the message marked as spam.
- Click on the down-pointing arrow next to the Reply button.
- Click Show Original.
- Copy and send the headers to our customer service at help(a)lyyti.com.
