Incorrect address on the registration page
If Lyyti says on the registration page that the registrant's e-mail address is incorrect, please check that there are no extra characters at the beginning/end of the address (such as spaces or other hidden characters). We recommend writing the address, not copy&pasting it to avoid those extra characters.
In addition, Lyyti does not check the validity of the address - it simply sees if it in the form of an e-mail address: for example firstname.lastname(a)company.com. You may receive an email about the bounce, but this depends on whether or not the receiving email server sends out such emails.
To which email address will I receive bounce emails and out of office-messages?
Any email sent from Lyyti can be set to have a specific sender and reply address. If the receiving email address is incorrect or the recipient has an out of office-message turned on, the automatic replies will be sent to the reply address you've set. Sometime the messages are sent directly to the sender email address. This is something that Lyyti can't control, as it has to do with the settings of the receiving/out of office-message-sending email server.
You can also check the Message log in Lyyti to see if the message has bounced or if there's any other information on the email.
