You can import participants from other events or from waiting lists in other events. To do this, go to Participants > Add Participants > Add from another event. This feature allows you to import names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers only.
If you need more information than that, create a report of the participant information in the previous event, open the report in Excel and import the information into the new event by clicking Participants > Add Participants from Excel. Please note that in group registration you can only import the information of the contact persons from one event to another.
- You will see a chronological list of events. Select the event from where you wish to import participants.
- Click on Import participants or Import from waiting list. You can select to import all participants, or just some of them. Finally click on Import participants.
