This article describes the Lyyti & LianaMailer integration
1. Integration from Lyyti to LianaMailer
Lyyti participants are imported from Lyyti to LianaMailer as their own mailing lists once in an hour. By default, two lists are created per Lyyti event:
- Attended – includes Lyyti participants with status Attending
- Invited – includes participants with all other statuses, including waiting list members
Upon request from Liana, you can have more lists if needed, based on the participant status.
By default, participants from all events are imported to LianaMailer, but you can add a tailored event information field to Lyyti and use that to define what contacts are integrated. As an admin user you can create an organisation specific event information field, for example dropdown: LianaMailer integration in use: Yes/No. For more information, see this article: Company's Event information fields.
If you have no access to Company's Event information fields, you can ask Lyyti support help(a)lyyti.com to create the additional field for you.
You can define what information is imported to LianaMailer from Lyyti. This information needs to be sent to your contact person from Liana. This can be for example:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Consents / Marketing consent
2. Integration from LianaMailer to Lyyti
You can import contacts from your mailing list to your Lyyti event. You can import contacts from the configuration view to Lyyti event as participants. From the menu, choose the correct Lyyti event, and start importing.
By default contact's email address and name are imported. Upon request from Liana, additional fields between Lyyti and LianaMailer can be included.
If you don't wish to create duplicate participants with same email addresses when importing participants from LianaMailer, you must activate "Only one registration with the same e-mail address allowed" in the email question's advanced settings.
3. Implementation of the integration
The integration is available as an additional service to Lyyti Basic, Professional and Enterprise tiers. As a Lyyti admin user, please send an email to Lyyti Customer support help(a)lyyti.com and ask to send API keys to Liana.
