Before configuring the Salesforce integration in Lyyti, follow the steps described below
Enabling campaigns for users
In Setup → Users → Edit User
- Activate Marketing User selection for
- user accounts creating new campaigns in Salesforce
- user account configuring the integration in Lyyti
- Note that users might also need the necessary create and edit rights for campaigns (e.g. through permission sets or profiles)
Update campaign layout
In Setup → Object Manager → Campaign → Page Layouts → Edit Layout
- Ensure that the Active checkbox is included in the layout
- Add the related list Campaign Member Statuses for the campaign layout in use
- Add the lightning action Clone with Related to enable cloning campaigns with their campaign member statuses
Configuring the campaign template
Create a campaign with desired information for the template.
- Add the following campaign member statuses. Set all statuses as Responded except for Not reacted
- Registered
- Declined
- Not reacted
- Attending
- No show
- To waiting list
- Change the default status as “Not Reacted”
- Delete the statuses Sent and Responded as these have been automatically added by Salesforce
