There are a few different user types in Lyyti that are good to recognise in order to understand how Lyyti can be used in a broader way. This article describes what these user types are and defines them.

There are four types of users in Lyyti:

• Admin user
• License user
• Accounts ledger user
• Limited user

Each of these users have different purposes and rights in Lyyti.

Admin user

The admin user has the most rights in the Lyyti environment in addition to the regular license rights. They can for instance make changes to the contract, design usernames and a lot more. The admin user is also responsible of the organisation settings in Lyyti. Here is all the needed help material for the admin user to look through: The admin user.

A company in Lyyti can have multiple admin users. The admin user can also see all of the company events in organisation settings and share them to themselves if needed.If your organisation has a group organisational structure (i.e., a main entity and sub-entities), and the Admin user has "Group rights," they can navigate between the different organisational structures and edit their settings if needed. In addition, the Admin user can manage all the already existing usernames, such as editing the email addresses of other users. In addition, the admin user can manage all the already existing usernames like editing the email addresses or changing the email address to a new person.

License user

A regular license user has the right to create their own events and to share events to other users. A license user can also get editing rights from other license users which means that a license user has the possibility to edit others' events as well.

A license user doesn't have access to organisation settings. Users can see who their admin user in the company is by going to look at their own information in their profile under my account.

Accounts ledger user

Accounts ledger user is a free of charge user that has the needed rights in order to gather all the needed data from chargeable events made with Lyyti. An accounts ledger can get the needed reports under the finance tab. Kindly be in contact with Lyytis customer support if you need a new accounts ledger user.

Limited user

The limited user is a free of charge user that can be created with Basic, Professional and Enterprise licenses. Limited users can be created by sharing viewing or anonymous participant check-in rights to a person that doesn't have a Lyyti license. The purpose of limited users is that they have the possibility to download the Lyyti app to their mobile device and check-in participants on the day of the event. Limited users are not able to edit the event or the participant details. They can only change the participant status from registered to attending manually in or by reading the qr code of the participant with the mobile app.
