In order to send emails from Lyyti using your company domain, the domain must be verified in Lyyti.
The domain is the latter part of your email address; e.g. in your.name(a)company.com the domain is company.com. The verification means that your domain accepts that the messages are sent from Lyyti and thus increases the delivery rate and trustworthiness of your e-mails.
The verification can be done by the Lyyti Admin users of your company
When writing an e-mail in Lyyti, Lyyti automatically shows you all domains that you can use. You can also find them in the section My accounts (see above).
Your company's Admin user can add new domains in the section Company Settings > E-mail address. Here you can find your verified domains and also the ones you've added (reserved) but haven't verified yet. If the list of domains is empty, your organisation doesn't have verified domains in Lyyti yet. If you need a new domain added, please contact your Admin user (click here for more detailed instructions on how to verify your domain).
If your domain isn't verified, don't worry!
If a domain isn't verified, you can still send e-mails as usual, but the sender will be in the form of yourname.company(a)user.lyyti.com. If your participant replies to the e-mail, the answer will be delivered to the address you've defined as the reply-to address. So, the reply messages won't get lost.
The user.lyyti.com address makes your e-mails trustworthy to e-mail recipients, so you can use this domain even though your company's own domain hasn't been verified.
