Design rights
Designs are always created on the organisation level meaning all organisation's users can see all cerated designs. The creator of the design can however choose if other users have only the right to use the design or also to edit the design. Please contact the admin user or customer support if you have an organisation structure and a design should be shared also to other organisation structures.
Replace function in designs
A design can be replaced if it is in use and you want to for instance mass edit all the events that the design is in use in. The replace function changes the design in the events it is in use to a new design.
- Go to materials > design
- Klick on the three dots on a design
-
Select replace
- Select the new design used in the replacing and click on replace
The replace function is needed in order to delete designs that are in use.
Deleting a design
Deleting unnecessary designs is easy in the materials section. As and admin user or as an user with designer rights, go to materials and design to delete a design. A design can only be removed if it's not in use in any event. In case the design is in use, the delete button is inactive. In that case, use the replace function first and then delete the design.
Admin user rights and default design
The admin user of the organisation can with this new update select a default design that is used always when a new event is created. The default design helps users navigate which design they should use in their events and makes creating events faster. The user can change the design if they wish and add their own banners on the event level.
To define a default design, go to Materials > Designs. Click on the three dots and select > Set as default.
Note that a default design bust be published and the organisation can have one default design.
