The visuality of the registration page
The visuals of the registration page consists of two different factors: Design and layout. In addition to the registration page the design and the layouts also determine the visuality of surveys and mini eventsites.
Design in Lyyti
A design in Lyyti consists of the registration page colours, background picture, fonts and the logo of your organisation. A design gives the event the base for the visuality. A design is always available for the entire organisation to use. Lyyti offers two free of charge designs that anyone can use in their events: Lyyti Green and Lyyti Grey. In addition it is possible to have designs that use organisation specific elements and colours. New designs can be ordered through Lyyti's customer support. You can also create your own designs if you have knowledge of CSS code. Read more about how to create a new design here.

Layout in Lyyti
The layout is something that any user in the organisation can create. In order to use a design in the event you need to create a layout. The layout consists of a design, top banner and/or bottom banner. Layouts use the visuality of the selected design and in addition it uses the banner pictures you have selected to use in the layout. It is also possible to create a layout without banners. Then the only thing that needs to be determined is the name of the layout and which design it uses. You can read more about creating a layout here.
Here is an example of a layout that has both top and bottom banner and the layout uses the design called Lyyti Grey.

- Bottom banner
Registration page texts - text editor
The design determines which fonts are used in the event and what colours the headings and the body text is. There is however possibilities to edit the texts also in the event in the text editor. In the text editor you can determine if the text uses the fonts from the design: normal (div) and headings or if you wish to use some other font like Arial etc. In the text editor, you can also add a picture through the material bank. You can read more about the text editor here.
The text editor can be found in the introduction text of the registration page, notice text -field, most of the question texts on the registration page, surveys and mini event sites.
The visuality of messages – the email editor
The visuality of emails is separate from the other visual elements of the registration page. You can edit the messages that are sent from Lyyti from the events or from the materials section by creating email templates. Email templates can be shared to the entire organisation so that also other users can use the templates in their events. This will save time and make the visuality of the communication cohesive.
In the email editor you can add pictures, videos, social media links and text and much more. Read more about how to edit emails here. Here is also more information about email templates: Email templates.
Event websites and visuality
In Lyyti, you can also create event websites with the new Event website editor. This feature is also separate from the design and layout that is used in the registration form, mini event site and surveys.
