How to change your password

If you are logged into Lyyti, you can change your password in the My account section. 

1. Click Change your password at the bottom of the page.
2. Type in your existing password.
3. Type in your new password.
4. Repeat new password.
5. Save.

Your password is changed immediately.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a password reset at the login page www.lyyti.com/login by clicking Forgot your password > enter your email address > click Reset password. If the email address you entered is a valid Lyyti username, you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

When creating a new password, please make sure to create a strong password that contains letters (also capital letters), numbers and special characters. Keep in mind that the longer the password is, the harder it is for others to guess it, and thus it is more secure. It is also a good idea to change your password regularly.
