Please be aware that Lyyti is developed constantly and your view might not match 100% with the view described in this article.
In the My account section you can edit your personal information and other settings regrading your username such as name information, organisation information and information shown on invoices. You can also change your password and choose which language you are using Lyyti with. My account section is divided in three categories: User information, organisation information and information shown on invoices.

Where can I find my account?
You can access My account section by clicking on the profile picture in the right upper corner and then choosing: My account.
You can look at the given information regarding your username and change it in the My account section. In addition, you can change your password and set the settings for automatic sharing. If you want to change your password click on "Change password" and if you want to edit your information click on "Edit your information".
User information
In the user information section you can see all the user related information and if needed you can make changes to the information. In case you need to change your name details or your email address we kindly recommend that you contact the admin user of your organisation. If you are unsure who the admin user is, you can see the needed information in the organisation section.
A list of information you can change for the user:
- Language for the user interface (English, Finnish, Swedish, German or French).
- Select a date and time format for your account. This setting affects only your views inside Lyyti.
- Share new events automatically with colleagues (more information).
Organisation information
In the organisation section you can see organisation specific information that cannot be changed.
You can see the following information in the organisation section:
- Your Lyyti license type
- the admin user(s) of the organisation
- the verified domain that you can use as a sender in your events when sending confirmation messages or other communication. Read more about it here.
Payment features: Receiver of payment
Payment features section shows you the information that is shown as the receiver of payments in your chargeable events. If you need to have different invoicing information for your event you can change it here. This information is user specific and will only affect events that are created with your username.
