1) Lyyti account and password
In order to log into Lyyti, you need a Lyyti account / username which is in the form of an e-mail address. It can be a personal address, e.g. john.doe(a)company.com or a shared address that is used by a team, e.g. marketing(a)company.com. If several people use the same Lyyti account, please note that only one person can be logged in at a time.
If you need a Lyyti account, please contact your company's Lyyti admin user. You can of course order a totally new Lyyti account by e-mailing us at help(a)lyyti.com.
Log in with your username at https://www.lyyti.fi/login/?lang=en
If you contact our customer service regarding issues with your events, please make sure you know with which account the event has been created - this will ensure that we are better able to help you, and can find the correct information faster.
2) Computer and internet browser
Lyyti is a web based service which means you use it online and don't need to download anything to your computer. You only need an internet browser! Although it is possible to use Lyyti on a mobile device, you'll get a better user experience by using a regular computer or a laptop.
Recommended browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
If Internet Explorer is your only browser at the moment, we recommend downloading one of the recommended browsers. You may need a permission from your IT department, but we guarantee you it's worth it.
