Registration page layout incident

Misplaced banner in registration and survey page layout “Lyyti www.lyyti.fi”

On 26.8.24 at approximately 10.00 hrs., it was discovered that a banner was incorrectly placed in one of Lyyti’s default registration page and survey layout, affecting customers using that particular layout. The layout was in use by a limited amount of customers.

After discovering the incident, the misplaced banner was immediately removed from the layout itself and therefore also removed from registration and survey pages using that layout.

The incident only affected the visuals of the registration and survey pages. The banner did not include sensitive or inappropriate content. No participant information, PII or other event related information was affected.

Lyyti is investigating the incident internally and re-evaluate their processes to avoid similar incidents in the future.
