The Event App is a new feature designed to improve the experience for frequent participants. It serves as a personal event hub, allowing attendees to view and manage all their Lyyti registrations in one place.
If an organiser has enabled the Event App feature for their event, the registration details will automatically sync to the participant's app timeline. This ensures that attendees have instant access to their registration and for instance ticket information. The app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Getting Started with the Lyyti Event App
Register to an Lyyti event you have been invited to
Go to your App Store or Google Play Store to upload the Event App
Open the app and start with creating an account
Once the account has been created, you are welcome to add more information under your profile or to add an profile image that will be visible to other participants for instance in the chat function
On the events page, you should be able to see the event you registered to if the event organiser has activated the feature
Feel free to take an closer look at the event or your registration by clicking on the event
Eventinformation
Take a closer look at the event information in the app by clicking on the event name in the Event -tab. You can see the basic information about the event under info and find your ticket, the confirmation and the personal registration link under Tickets.
Chat with other participants by clicking on Chat. Please note that not all events use the chat function depending on the preferences of the event organiser.

Please contact the event organiser if you have any questions regarding your registration or of the event. The event organiser and their email address can usually be found in the confirmation message or in the original invitation.
