Adding a privacy policy in Lyyti is highly recommended since, as event organisers, you are collecting and managing your participant's data. This is to follow GDPR regulations. 

Currently in Next Gen, you add a link to your own privacy policy hosted outside Lyyti, but soon you'll be able to insert your own text as well.
