Do you organise multiday events where participants can choose which day they wish to attend, or do you host a one-day event with several agenda items that participants can register for individually? It is now possible to create calendar notes in the event website's agenda section, allowing participants to select which days or agenda items they want to add to their calendar.

The calendar notes are not connected to event or the registration page which means the participant would still need to separately register to the event and then go to the event website and add the calendar notes to their calendar.  Event website calendar notes do not support any personalisation texts or links.

Create a calendar note in the agenda section

It is possible to create separate calendar notes for each agenda section in the event websites, if needed. Follow these steps to create calendar notes:

1. Create an event website and add the agenda section to the site
2. Add all the needed agenda items to the section
3. Click on the "add time & calendar note" to add a calendar note
   
4. Enter the start date and time for the agenda section and lastly also the time zone
5. You can decide what information will be shown in the agenda item by adding a check mark all information you want visible
6. If you wish to create a calendar note for this agenda item, click on enable add to calendar
   
7. Write the wanted content for the calendar note: heading, description and online link / location
8. Lastly select if you wish to have the add to calendar link under the item or on top of the item and save

The customer can then click on the add to calendar button on top of the item or under the item and save the calendar note to their calendar or download the ICS-file.

The calendar note in the event websites is not connected to any event so it is a separate calendar note. It is not possible to add any personalisations in the description of the calendar note.

You can create as many agenda items and calendar notes as needed, allowing participants to add only the relevant ones to their calendars after registration.
