This article describes how you can change your password in Lyyti when you are already logged in or if you have forgotten your password and need to order a new password.

When creating a new password, please make sure to create a strong password that contains letters (also capital letters), numbers and special characters. Keep in mind that the longer the password is, the harder it is for others to guess it, and thus it is more secure. It is also a good idea to change your password regularly.

Change password in Lyyti

If you are logged in to Lyyti, you can change your password by going to your profile on the top right corner and then selecting My account.

1. Click on Change your password
   
2. Type in your existing password.
3. Type in your new password.
4. Repeat new password.
5. Save.

Your password is changed immediately.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a password reset at the login page www.portal.lyyti.fi/login by clicking Forgot your password > enter your email address > click Reset password. If the email address you entered is a valid Lyyti username, you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. After the password has been changed you can immediately login with your new password in order to access Lyyti.
