Ideas on how to use Lyyti for crisis management
Lyyti is a great tool for:

Solution: Event with all employees, sms going out every morning to ask about their ability to work

Time to implement the solution: 15 minutes to create the event. 5 minutes per day to make needed changes.
Detailed solution:
Create an event, which ends earliest at the end of 2020 in order to be able to update information daily.
Import personnel with their mobile phone numbers (or email addresses, but sms’s work better here)
Create questions, such as:
Is there anything you need in order to be able to work better when you work remotely?
- Do you have a working Internet connection?
- Do you have the equipment you need, in terms of screen, headphones etc?
- Is there anything you wish HR could help you with?
Add additional questions if needed. For example: Is there anything you need from your colleagues?
Send an automated sms everyday to every employee at 8.00 and ask to update their status within an hour. You can send a reminder automatically to those who didn’t answer in first 45 minutes, for example.
Download a report in Excel if needed or share as an online report (remember password protection due to personal information!)
After getting all the answers, copy the question, change the date in the title and hide the previous date’s question and reschedule the sms’s for the next day communication.
