I didn't receive a confirmation message after registering for an event, why is that?
Please check your spam folder and all other folders to which your email system might filter our message. If you can't find the message, you can contact the event organizer. Together you can check that your email address was correct, and they can re-send you the confirmation message.
My credit card invoice says that Lyyti has charged me for something. I never bought anything from you, what is this?
Event organizers sometime use Lyyti to sell tickets to an event, and as the money goes through Lyyti, our name is on your credit card invoice. We can send you a receipt, please have the exact sum and date available when you contact us. You can reach us at help(a)lyyti.com
I heard that this one organizer is selling their tickets to this event through your system. How can I get tickets as the ticket sale hasn't started yet, can you help me?
Since we are not organizers of the event, we do not have any say in when the tickets are released and we unfortunately can't sell tickets in advance. The tickets will come out at an address communicated through the event organizer, at their chosen time.
